How to Change your password in myLPU e-Learning

1. Go to www.lmsmanila.lpu.edu.ph
2. Click on Forgotten your username or password.
3. Enter your Campus Email (Microsoft 365) in the Username or Email Address Box and click the Search button
4. Click "Login my Microsoft 365 email" button. You will be redirected to Microsoft 365 login page
5. Login in your Microsoft 365 email (Outlook).
Note: If you forgot your official LPU email, please contact or visit the ICT department at [email protected] for assistance.
6. Check your inbox, a confirmation email will be sent from myLPU Administrator.
7. Create your new password and click Save Changes.
Note: The password must have at least 8 characters, at least 1 digit(s), at least 1 lower case letter(s), at least 1 upper case letter(s), at least 1 non-alphanumeric character(s) such as as *, -, or #.
